Description
Superb new 58 m2 apartment in the Masseboeuf district in Le Lioran, just a few metres from the ski slopes. Located on the -2 level of the Les Estives chalet, you will find in this fully equipped and comfortable ground floor accommodation, a large entrance with a wardrobe and washing machine, a first bedroom with double bunk beds in 160x200 and a second bedroom with a double bed in 160x200. Each of them is equipped with a storage wardrobe.
A separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower will be at your disposal.
A large living room with TV and a sofa bed in 140x190, open to its fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, traditional filter coffee maker and Senseo, crockery and kitchen utensils, raclette machine...) and its dining area will allow you to get together in a friendly atmosphere.
This space also gives access to a superb terrace equipped with garden furniture with a view of the mountains.
You will have a ski storage room and a private covered parking space at your disposal.
Towels and bed linen are not provided, we can rent them upon request via our agency.
Non-smoking accommodation, pets are not allowed.
There is no internet connection.
Agency processing fees of 45 euros are to be expected.
A non-debited deposit will be requested.
