Two fully renovated rooms in modern alpine style, very well maintained, with direct ski access. Ideal for 4 people, it offers a south-facing balcony, exceptional mountain views, private parking with electric charging point and quality amenities.
This apartment is located in the heart of the 3 Valleys ski area, in the Les Menuires resort, within the quiet and sought-after Reberty 1850 district.
Ideal for a family with two children or ski enthusiasts, this 28.5 m² space has been optimised to be both practical and welcoming. The current décor, blending wood and carefully chosen materials, creates a pleasant atmosphere for a mountain stay. Everything is functional and well thought out to make the most of your holiday.
From the entrance, you have a large walk-in wardrobe with hanging space and shelves to organise your belongings.
The living area is convivial and well laid out, with a connected TV (100 cm), fibre Wi-Fi, a dining corner and a modular sofa bed (2 beds of 80 x 190 cm that can be pushed together to form a double bed of 160 x 190 cm).
The kitchen is ultra-functional and perfectly equipped for cooking on site: traditional oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), kettle, toaster. A raclette machine is also available for enjoying convivial evenings around Savoyard specialities.
The bedroom has bunk beds with recent and comfortable bedding. A Marshall Bluetooth speaker is provided to accompany your relaxation moments.
The bathroom features a large modern shower, a heated towel rail and a washing machine.
The WC is separate for added comfort.
The apartment is also equipped with efficient electric heating and electric roller shutters, appreciated in winter.
Outside, the south-facing balcony is a real asset: it offers a clear view of the mountains and slopes, allowing you to enjoy the sun throughout the day, including for meals thanks to its garden furniture.
Located in the Reberty 1850 district, the apartment benefits from an ideal ski-at-your-door location and quick access to amenities. You can easily reach the Bruyères district on foot in about ten minutes, or La Croisette via the shuttle. On site, you will find a small supermarket with a bread deposit, restaurants and a ski rental shop.
Finally, you have a private parking space in the basement with direct access to the residence by lift, as well as an electric vehicle charging point (terms to be discussed with the agency) and a private ski locker.
