This exceptional property has everything to please you! Located in the heart of the Lioran resort, with a capacity to accommodate 10 people thanks to its 100 m2 surface area, you can spend holidays with family or friends that you will remember for a long time.
Close to ski slopes and hiking trails, including the GR400, this triplex is ideal for spending a good time in a group. Featuring a large living room/open and fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, raclette appliance, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave,...) with an unobstructed view of the mountain, 4 bedrooms, 1 mountain corner, 2 spacious bathrooms with toilets, and a separate toilet at the entrance of the house.
You can also enjoy a beautiful south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture. A washing machine is located in the basement.
The plus: once you have dropped off your car, you will no longer need it for your entire stay.
Towels, sheets and towels are not provided, we can rent them upon request. Possibility of bringing your personal linen depending on the bed sizes present in the accommodation, namely: 1 double bed in 160x200, other double beds in 140X190 and single beds in 90x190.
Non-smoking accommodation. No wifi in this accommodation. Animals are not accepted.
45 euros of administrative fees are to be expected.
A deposit will be requested from you.

Excellente situation pour ce chalet en très très bon état, bien aménagé et idéal pour une grande famille ou un groupe. Location très chère pour cette petite station pas toujours bien enneigée mais il y a peu de grands logements et donc malheureusemensee more

Comme je vous l'ai déjà signalé, le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer très cher pour une prestation très médiocre.
Je mets quand même 5 étoiles car le problème du ménage devrait pouvoir être résolu !
