Cosy studio of 23m2 located on the first floor with lift in the Les Sagnes residence in the heart of the Lioran resort.
In the entrance you will find a storage cupboard as well as the mountain corner with a bunk bed in 80x180, a separate toilet and a shower room.
An open-plan living kitchen area will allow you to spend daily life comfortably. The sofa converts to 140x190.
In the kitchen area you will find a kettle, small oven, microwave, top fridge with small freezer compartment, crockery, coffee maker, raclette machine, toaster.
This accommodation is ideally located in the resort's shopping gallery where you will find restaurants, shops...., everything is within walking distance. The ski slopes in the heart of the resort are just a few steps away.
A free public car park is available for your stay a few metres from the building.
Ski storage included in the rental.
A vacuum cleaner is present in this accommodation.
There is no washing machine.
Cleaning is to be done in this studio upon your departure but you have the option to request a cleaning package at the price of 48 euros via our agency.
Bed linen and towels not provided but possible to rent via our agency.
Baby bed and high chair not available in this accommodation but possible to rent via our agency at a price of 15 euros.
45 euros of administrative fees are to be expected.
An undeducted deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival.
