This comfortable and spacious duplex is located on the 3rd floor with lift of the Altura Residence, a few meters from the ski slopes and hiking trails. Facing south with mountain views, it does not have an exterior but will offer superb light.
Located in the residential area of Font D'Alagnon, you will have convenient and close access to shops.
This apartment has 6 fixed beds, a large living room where there is the equipped kitchen (oven, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, fondue set, fridge/freezer, dishwasher) as well as the living room with the television and a 140x190 sofa bed.
A mountain corner with 2 90x190 bunk beds is located in the entrance. An independent WC is also present in the entrance. Upstairs, you will find a mezzanine where there are two 90x190 single beds and a closed bedroom with a 140x190 double bed.
A large bathroom with a shower and a toilet is located on the ground floor. This unit does not have a washing machine.
A free parking space is available free of charge all year round for this unit.
Bed linen and towels are not provided, we rent them at your request or it is possible to bring your own taking into account the size of the beds.
