Magnificent apartment on the 3rd floor with lift in the ALTURA Residence, facing south with a view of the slopes. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed 140x190 and an open bedroom with 2 small beds 90x140, a sofa bed that makes a 2-in-1 bed (in 2X80x190 or 160x190). Possibility to rent parking spaces in the basement of the residence.
Furnished in a 'mountain' style, fully equipped, the apartment is located in a recent residence with lift, WIFI, at the foot of the Rombière and Font d'Alagnon ski slopes. You will find a fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker and Tassimo/washing machine, kettle, toaster, citrus press... but no dishwasher). A raclette machine is also present. This accommodation also has a bathroom with its toilet and a separate toilet.
You will enjoy all the comfort of a new apartment, perfectly oriented south, facing the forest, summer and winter.
The absolute calm of this area of the resort is a strong point that will allow you to spend a very pleasant holiday.
Non-smoking accommodation; pets accepted and collective WIFI connection.

Idéalement situé, facile d'accès. Il faudra cependant prendre la voiture pour vous rendre à l'épicerie et au centre de la station si la neige est absente. L'accès aux pistes reste cependant direct à pied.
