- Second bar area with dartboard
- Dormitory with 3 double beds 160x200, of which 2 are bunk beds, each topped with a single bed 90x190
- Hygiene area with 2 sinks
- 2 bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower, each equipped with a sink and WC
- Laundry room with large capacity washing machine and tumble dryer
